Sustainability:
In our commitment to work respecting the natural and social environment in which we are, we are in the process of certifying our practices through sustainability seals. Beyond the separation of waste, the use of biodegradable bags and amenities and the spacing of whites, we share with you our sustainable policy and recommendations for our guests.
We recently inaugurated our agroecological greenhouse that will supply products to our Restaurant, in an effort to minimize the environmental impact and carbon footprint of the products we grow there.
